François Briatte

I am currently a doctoral student in comparative health policy.

My research on national cancer control programmes in England and France is supervised by Dr. Monika Steffen from the PACTE Research Unit at the Institute of Political Studies, University of Grenoble, France.

I am also a visiting student at the Science Studies Unit at the University of Edinburgh.

My principal areas of research interests are comparative health policy, theories of the policy process, social research methodology, and the sociology of scientific knowledge.

My research focuses on national cancer control programmes in England and France. I am currently finishing some research papers, doing some fieldwork and going through my first rounds of data analysis. The research is funded by the French National Cancer Institute (INCa).
